Port of Rochester Marina Wedding

Surrounded by spectacular Fall colors and the majestic lake Ontario, Roseanna and Patrick have united in an intimate, beautiful wedding ceremony on a sunny, warm Autumn day. Their special day commenced at a lake house where most of the getting ready took place. With peaceful blue waves of the lake stretching in the background, Roseanna’s parents and sisters helped the bride while she was getting ready for the special day. The house was filled with laughter and joy interrupted with a few peaceful moments and a few, hidden, tears of happiness. The morning’s tranquil atmosphere lead up to the first looks, one with Roseanna’s dad and one with her future husband Patrick, of course. At those moments the thoughts of curiosity and perhaps impatience have materialized into moments of joy and awe as her dad first and then Patrick saw the stunning bride for the first time. In surrounding of the closest family, Patrick and Roseanna admired each other and exchanged lovely smiles as they were preparing to kick off the ceremony and celebrations.

The rest of the day took place at The Greenhouse Port of Rochester, a spectacular location surrounded by water, boats, and beautiful nature. Of course, we took advantage of the colorful foliage and snapped a few shots of the wedding party. The weather has worked out quite well allowing us to spend some time photographing outside and then making for a beautiful outdoor ceremony. Despite all the measures to maintain safe environment, like social distance and wearing masks, the ceremony was a spectacular one; the lively crowd was moved not only by the gorgeous couple but also but their officiant who didn’t shy away from inserting a few funny lines to keep the ceremony lively. Roseanna and Patrick’s guests smiles, laughs, and tears were clear even with the masks covering their faces. It was truly a lovely ceremony.

The celebration took place two stories higher, in the beautiful Port of Rochester’s panoramic view room. Surrounded by the views of the lake and the northern areas of Rochester, the guests had clearly wonderful time. Despite limitations on dancing, due to the pandemic, the party was lively and filled with laughter. Friends and family admired the beautiful couple and shared unforgettable moments of their lives in their emotional toasts. The first dances captured everyone’s attention as the bride and the groom danced away with their loving parents. We’ve enjoyed very much being able to witness this lovely couple’s special day.
