Talk about energy. Brian and Ashley have so much energy, I can’t begin to describe it. They went through their wedding day with smiles lighting up their faces, adoring each other, and making sure that everyone was having a great day on their wedding day. There wasn’t a moment where they frowned. And, as if they wanted to test how much energy they just have, they’re having another wedding reception in Brian’s home country, Ireland. But let’s back track a little to the morning of that special day in a small and beautiful town on the border of Illinois and Indiana. The day started in Ashley’s family’s house, the house where she grew up surrounded by fields of corn, the nature, and her beautiful dogs. It was a special place that brew many sweet memories. Ashley started her wedding day there, surrounded by her family, the bridesmaids, and memorabilia from her childhood. In the meanwhile, Brian was enjoying company of family and friends, some of whom had flown from Ireland. Brian, while he seemed very relaxed, was excited about all the details of his outfit that day. His cuff links were custom made from wood reclaimed from whiskey barrels. They added a classic look to his gorgeous suit. Brian, the groomsmen, and the dads shared fun memories while they all helped each other get ready.
Upon getting ready, everyone headed to the location of the ceremony. It was a church which also had a special place in Ashley’s heart. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees, decorated with ornamental ceilings and beautiful stained glass windows, this church added to the already astonishing atmosphere of the day. Right before the ceremony, Ashley’s dad saw her in her beautiful dress for the first time. It was a special moment and it brought tears to the dad’s eyes. Throughout the ceremony, Ashley and Brian held hands and exchanged caring smiles; their devotion for one another was all evident. As they said “yes” and kissed, the church was filled with joy. The ceremony concluded with the newly weds leaving church surrounded by cheering guests and bubbles. They drove off in a amazing vintage red car. The reception took place in a restaurant with beautiful view of a lake. The windows of the room faces west and made for a beautiful display of the setting sun. Yachts in the shore added on to this romantic atmosphere. However, nothing compared to the special moments created by the hosts and the guests. Brian and Ashley’s family and friends shared the most beautiful, tear shedding, speeches with everyone that night. They shared memories of the couple’s childhoods and of their relationship. Their heartfelt speeches left smiles and sparks on many guests’ faces. The tipping point of the evening was the performance given by Brian and his family. Joined by his dad, mom, brother, and a friend he performed on stage, playing covers of a few great songs. The entire dance floor filled with the guests who were cheering the performers.
It was a beautiful day and a fantastic experience working with Ashley, Brian, and their friends and family. They made our work enjoyable and rewarding. Brian and Ashley, we wish you all the best on your new path.
