It’s funny how, sometimes, life takes us the long way to our destination. Eventually, we find what we’ve always been looking for and realize that it’s always been there. Our delightful couple, whom we are excited to present today, had experienced their own such long path before finding each other again. Aimee and Chase share their childhood memories. Their families were always close together and went on annual camping trips to Wisconsin. Aimee and Chase were merely friends then.
There were so many beautiful moments during the wedding day. Tears of joy were shed throughout the day: during the gift exchange, getting ready with mom and of course the first look with dad. Aimee’s mom provided the something blue and something borrowed which was a handmade garter she herself wore on her wedding day.
Chase and Aimee planned a little choreographed dance which showed how in-sync and graceful they are. The love between their families couldn’t go unnoticed. During the Father of the bride’s speech, he mentioned jokingly how he has been friends for years with Chase’s father and little did everyone know, this was an arranged marriage. Once the dancing begun everyone was out on the floor, even the grandparents danced the night away!
It was truly an honor and a joy to document the long awaited union between Aimee and Chase and watching the families celebrate! Thank you for choosing us, Rochester wedding photographers, to document your destination wedding.

To end, here is an interesting fact about Aimee and Chase. Enjoy!
Chase: I once caught a fish with my bare hands.
Aimee: I’m shocked that Chase’s interesting fact wasn’t that he’s “really good” at ping pong”;). My interesting fact is that my name, in French, it means “Beloved”.
