Today, we’re sharing more pictures from Emilia’s and Jason’s wedding in Oak Park. Their wedding took place on a really sunny and warm Saturday. Everything was planned to take place in the beautiful Oak Park, which cut down traveling times between home, hotel, ceremony, and hotel locations. We definitely recommend keeping the traveling times in mind to all of our future couples!
The wedding was amazing! Emilia and Jason had their family and friends help out with planning the details of their special day. The Bride and the Groom: gorgeous and awesome; Emilia wore a beautiful white knee length wedding dress, colorful shoes, and a birdcage veil, while Jason wore a classy suit and a tie. His jacket’s blue color complemented well with pink boutonniere and her shoes, flowers, and lipstick. The groomsmen and the bridesmaids were equally as beautiful. The bridesmaids were all wearing different dresses but similar color and pattern scheme dresses. We loved the mix of classy and modern looks!
The ceremony took place in a church with a majestic looking altar and with fantastic stained glass overlooking it from the sides. The priest knew how to keep the ceremony interesting and shared a few funny stories about his early interactions with Emilia and Jason and his experience with online dating. Needless to say there was lots of laughter. After the ceremony, there were bubbles, champagne and… a rickshaw! The Bride and the Groom left in style.
The guests and random drivers all loved it!
These are just some of the highlights of that great day. We really enjoyed working with you Emilia and Jason. You were both fantastic and have wonderful family and friends. We’re wishing you all best on this new path in life and hope to get to work with more fun and talented people like you!
